Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Our daily order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location.

Total delivery time based on customer locations, all destinations, 6-11 business days.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 within the USA.

We ship within the United States only. No International Shipping.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your package at any time.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us at sales@hestonmanor to initiate a return.

Please return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@hestonmanor so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
