7. Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States only. No International Shipping.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your package at any time.

9. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Contact us at sales@hestonmanor to initiate a return.

10. Can I exchange an item?

Please return the item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
